Mugabe's legacy
"); document.write("With life expectancy currently at 36 years for the average Zimbabwean, whatever stature Mugabe may have had as a freedom fighter, leader or patriot has clearly been wiped off the board. His legacy is the creation of a cadre of would be dictators who are waiting in the wings to start a civil war and contribute their share to a further lowering of the life expectancy in Zimbabwe. We should give him full credit for having achieved this without the help of any colonialist. At the same time the tacit support of Mbeki certainly did not hinder Mugabe while he created this endearing legacy.. Johann le Roux, Pretoria"); document.write("
Concerning
"); document.write("I am shocked to think that the land distribution policy was water tight in Zimbabwe, we can now look forward to part time freedom fighters grabbing farms and looting shops in South Africa.

More than likely most of these \"freedom fighters\" will be under the age of 25 and this will be \"water tight\" !!

The chap from Uganda hit the nail on the head, the sooner we get out of the past and become part of the 21st century and into the 1st world the better off everyone in Africa will be!

Unfortunately the only way black and white Africans can move forward is to move to 1st world and leave their past behind, look how prosperous and happy they become when they are relieved of the past!

Good luck with your farming activities. Jeff"); document.write("
