Don't get me wrong. If I knew in my heart that the money would be going to the people who truly need it, I would be reaching into my own pocket.<br /><br />However, while Bob the Dog remains at the helm, can anyone really guarantee he isn't going to be pillaging the bailout to shore up his assets in Asia?
