document.write("Disregard these rating agencies comments.  They got the US into the trouble that they're in.  The government needs to work in conjunction with the private sector to encourage more aggressive growth but ensure sustainability in addition to weeding out inefficiency and corruption.  They also need to help small business by making processes less complicated and eliminating bureaucratic red-tape.  We don't have the best economic policies.  There is room for improvement.  Changes also need to be made to our social welfare system to discourage rampant population growth.  We don't need Chairman Mao style policies but they need to stop rewarding people who have in excess 3 children.  TO the ANC : There is a lot more you could have done.. Zee");

document.write("The problem with the government is that they have very little reasoning capacity. They implement things but they fail to see the end result. They replaced qualified people with black unqualified people and now they wonder why the services throughout the country has collapsed. Our whole infrastructure is in a downward spiral and mismanagement and corruption are at a peak. I fail to see how a small workforce of working whites could threaten the capabilities of millions of blacks who are eager to learn how to work. Those they did not replace left out of their own accord because they had to work under managers who knew much less or nothing about the job, and who enforced their unqualified managerial powers and inferiority feelings onto the whites.<br />This caused the country to lose thousands of highly qualified people, not even mentioning the cost the country had in educating them.   <br />If they had pursued a policy of cooperation they could have utilised the knowledge to the betterment of the country as a whole and they would have had knowledgeable people doing on the job training for blacks. This could have resulted in a better flow of services and eventually better qualified civil servants.<br />You cannot change a whole system in ten years if you do not have the material to do it with, but unfortunately the people making the decisions cannot see this as they are just as unqualified as the people they think can do the job.<br />Hank.
