After a university education and at least 10 years business experience this would tie in very neatly with the coming of age of our democracy. So I guess then that would take care of some of the statutory BEE changes out there. But somehow I dont think all senior exec jobs were or even are, filled by qualified applicants and cannot help feeling that token persons are often appointed.<br />Maybe that could be a starting point to the dilema?.
