The Black Management Forum has called on Eskom Chairman Bobby Godsell and the entire board to resign.

There is still no official word on whether Eskom CEO Jacob Maroga has resigned.

The BMF said Godsell had not followed the proper procedures in dealing with the Maroga issue.

The forum's acting president Tembakazi Mnyaka said, "The BMF, as custodians of managerial leadership and governance, are shocked at the flouting of corporate governance by the chairman and questions his ability to lead the board."
