Johannesburg – Vodacom says it has resolved the call issues experienced by customers in Gauteng on Friday morning.
Many Vodacom users were unable to make calls in and around Johannesburg early this morning.
Vodacom confirmed in a tweet that only “certain” customers had been affects and that technicians were working on the matter with urgency.
Internet connectivity/Data has not been affected.
Vodacom is aware that certain customers in and around Gauteng are unable to make calls. Our technicians are attending to the issue as a matter of urgency to restore normal service as soon as possible. Internet connectivity is unaffected.
